Employee & Executive Relocation

Relocation support that reflects well on your company — and on you.

When you're sponsoring an employee or executive relocation, the experience you deliver is a direct signal of how much you value them. We make sure it's a good one.

What's included

Professional relocation support from pickup to setup.

  • Full-service employee moves

Complete origin-to-destination moving services for employees relocating for a new role or office transfer.

  • Executive relocation

Elevated handling and service standards for high-visibility, high-value household and personal property moves.

  • Temporary storage

Secure warehouse storage for household goods during the transition period between origin and destination.

  • Furniture setup and placement support

We don't just drop boxes. We set up furniture and help employees get settled where it's needed.

  • Scheduling and coordination

We manage the logistics calendar so HR doesn't have to chase vendors or track move day details.

  • Long-distance and regional moves

Coverage across Colorado and Utah, with Allied Van Lines interstate capacity for moves beyond our regional footprint.

HR teams don't always have the bandwidth — or the expertise — to manage a relocation from scratch. A bad experience on move day shows up in employee satisfaction scores, onboarding momentum, and sometimes in offer acceptance rates.

We're not a residential mover doing employer-sponsored work on the side. This is a service we've built for employers who want the relocation to feel as professional as the offer letter that preceded it.

Why it matters

The move is part of the employee experience. Treat it that way.

Relocation is a high-stakes moment in an employee's relationship with your company. Everything that goes wrong — a damaged piece of furniture, a missed delivery window, a crew that doesn't show up — gets attributed to the employer, not the mover.

We understand that framing. Our execution standards are set not just by logistics best practices, but by the reality that your reputation is on the line every time we show up at one of your employees' front doors.

Professionalism

Uniformed, background-screened crews who represent your company well.

Communication

Move day updates so HR and the employee are never left wondering what's happening.

Care

Trained handling for household goods, personal property, and high-value items.

Timing

We respect deadlines. Start dates matter. We plan backward from yours.

Common scenarios

We've handled these relocation situations — and many more.

New hire relocation from out of state

We coordinate the full move for employees relocating to accept a role — from origin city to new home, with temporary storage if needed between dates.

Internal transfer to a new office location

Employee is moving from your Colorado Springs office to Denver. We handle origin-to-destination with scheduling that fits their start date.

Executive relocation with elevated care

High-value households, art, and specialty items require a different level of crew training and equipment. We treat executive moves accordingly.

Relocation with a storage gap

Employee's new home isn't ready yet. We receive their goods, store securely, and deliver on their timeline.

HR managing multiple relocations at once

We can support a batch of relocations under a single employer account — coordinated timelines, consistent experience, single invoicing.

Employee declining a relocation offer due to move logistics

Sometimes employees hesitate on relocation offers because the process feels overwhelming. We can provide estimates and process overviews that HR can share during offer negotiations.

The process

Clear, employer-friendly relocation from start to finish.

Share the relocation details

Employee name, origin and destination, timeline, any special items or storage needs. We take it from there.

We coordinate directly with the employee

We contact the employee directly for scheduling and logistics — so HR doesn't have to be the relay.

We execute and report back

Move complete. Items delivered. Employee settled. We confirm completion so you can close the file.

FAQ

Questions about employee and executive relocation services

Q

Do you offer lump-sum relocation support or do you invoice the employer directly?

We work both ways. We can invoice the employer directly under a corporate account, or work within a lump-sum framework where the employee manages their own budget. Contact us to discuss the right structure for your program.

Q

Can you handle interstate relocations?

Yes. As an Allied Van Lines agent, we have interstate moving capacity for employees relocating across state lines. Our regional strength is Colorado and Utah, but we can coordinate longer-distance moves through the Allied network.

Q

What's the difference between employee relocation and executive relocation?

Executive relocation typically involves higher-value household goods, greater coordination complexity, and elevated service expectations. We staff these moves with our most experienced crews and use additional protective materials and handling protocols.

Q

Can you hold an employee's belongings in storage if their new home isn't ready?

Yes. We offer temporary storage between origin delivery and final destination delivery. We'll hold goods in our secure warehouse and deliver on the employee's confirmed move-in date.

Q

Can you coordinate multiple employee relocations under a single employer account?

Yes. We work with HR teams managing multiple concurrent or sequential relocations. We can set up a master account with consistent service terms and consolidated reporting.
